Land to Lot Navigator does not require an account, and it does not ask for your name, email address, or phone number. Your answers are used in your browser to produce your summary and are not stored in a user profile.

Anonymous usage statistics

Anonymous usage statistics may be collected to understand how the Navigator is used and to improve the service. This includes counts of general product-use events, such as when the Navigator is started or completed, which question screens are viewed, which result categories are triggered, and which resource links or buttons are used.

These statistics may include non-identifying categorical values such as the selected community or jurisdiction, a general project type, a result category, and a question identifier.

The following are not sent to analytics:

• street address
• PID
• names, email addresses, and phone numbers
• free-text entries you type into the Navigator
• your report text or other property-specific information

A random, anonymous session identifier may be generated so that steps in a single visit can be counted together. It is not used to identify a person, is not linked to any contact information, and is discarded when the browser session ends.

Analytics is kept separate from the Navigator’s decision logic. If analytics is unavailable or blocked, the Navigator continues to work normally.

Land to Lot Navigator does not collect marketing email sign-ups, does not create user accounts, does not connect to a CRM, and does not build user profiles.

The Navigator links to Government of New Brunswick, GeoNB, municipal, regional service commission, and professional association resources. Those sites are operated by their respective owners and have their own privacy practices.
